This is a demolition estate sale. We DO NOT remove or take apart any appliances/items, you are responsible for bringing any help/assistance (such as electrician, plumbers, etc.) needed for removal of items. Every part of the house will be sold. This includes but is not limited to doors, windows, fixtures, stove top, dishwasher, oven, counter tops, toilets, sinks, and much more.
