Most estate sales are very predictable – furniture, collectibles, and miscellaneous, BUT not all. Some break the mold and then some are “The Gold Standard” of uniqueness. This week HELP ME RONDA is that sale. The house is filled with “theme” rooms – golf, motion pictures, a room filled with exotics, even a racing room.
