All persons desiring to bid must register for the auction. Registration is free. A valid credit card or debit card is required for purchase and must be in the bidders name. ID will be required for pick up and must match bidder’s name.

As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving.

ID is required to pick up items purchased.

Buyer’s are responsible for shipping and handling fees. Seller will ship within 10 days from pick up date. There is a $5 handling fee per order. Furniture and large items are not shippable items.

There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium per item.

Items that are not paid for prior to pick up and items not picked up by set pick up dates will be considered abandoned and donated or resold. Not responsible for any items broken. Not responsible for any injuries that may occur during pick up. We are unable to help load any items. Please bring help if help is needed.
