To make your shopping experience easier—-
Please keep in mind:
1. PICK UP IS FRIDAY AUGUST 20 anytime between the hours of 5pm and 6:30pm. Pick up is located in Granbury, TX near Hwy 144 and Contrary Creek
2. You will receive the exact address AFTER you have completed your purchase
3. NO SHIPPING. None. Really, even for you, we are NOT shipping on this one.
4. ONLY pick ups for larger items (furniture, or items TOTALING over $100) will be considered for an EARLIER pick up. ABSOLUTELY no pick ups after August 20th after 6:30pm.
5. If you like it, buy it! No bidding, it is a Sale NOT an auction
6. Prices are listed on a card with each picture along with measurements and condition
7. If the item is SOLD, it will say “sold” across the picture, and the picture will change to black and white. EVERYTHING ELSE is AVAILABLE!
8. BRING HELP to load your items
9. Any unsold lots will be available at a discount to those picking up on August 15th and MUST BE PICKED UP August 15th by 5:30pm. We do NOT Mail or Ship your items…we do not

All sales are final and items are sold as-is. Caring Transitions accepts cash and credit cards (MasterCard, Visa and Discover only) for sales over $20, with proper ID. We do not provide movers and items must be removed by the end of the sale. Caring Transitions is not liable for breakage or loss. Caring Transitions and the Homeowner are NOT responsible for accidents or injuries on the premises. Item will not be “held” without payments
