+ After you purchase and pay for your item you will receive an email with a link to the "SIGN UP GENIUS" website
+ Then sign up for a day and time to pick up your paid for item(s)
+ The address for pick up is posted on SIGN UP GENIUS
+++ IMPORTANT sign up for (1) time slot ONLY, multiple purchases may be picked up at one time +++

Purchases made after 6:00 pm may not receive an email regarding pick up until the next morning

We do not ship

Bring boxes, bags and wrap for breakables

The approximate location is I-10 & Washington Ave

Curbside pick for small item

Bring help to move and load furniture and heavy items - WE DO NOT MOVE AND/OR LOAD

You MUST wear a mask to enter the home if you are picking up furniture/heavy items

Please pick up items at your scheduled time

No public restrooms are available

**TAX EXEMPT CUSTOMERS**
This format charges sales tax on all transactions. For shoppers who are on file with us please contact me after the sale is over with your order ID# and your sales tax will be refunded. I MUST have your order ID # to process a sales tax refund. If you are not on file with us please email a copy of your Tax Resale certificate along with your order ID# and your sales tax will be refunded

Items not picked up will be forfeited with no refund.
