Spring Branch Estate Sale Blow Out No Reserve Auction

Welcome! Thank you for looking at our sales! All items are sold without warranty in “as is” condition. There are no refunds. Please ask any questions about the item or items you want to bid on prior bid. No shipping local pick up only. Please do not bid if you are not serious! Please email for further info.

All items must be picked up during/ on/ by designated date and time frame.

Firm pickup 11/30 1pm to 5 pm only.

Any itmes not picked up will be Forfeited and therefore subject to resale or donation. Buyers will not be refunded or able to pick up items at any other time.

Please bring your own help to load. We will not be able to assist you with packing or hauling loading any heavy items i.e. furniture or equipment etc.

Please bring your own packing materials there will be none provided.

There are no exceptions to these terms,conditions or guidelines.

Face masks are required at all times while on the premises. Entry may be limited due to social distancing concerns.
