Item Descriptions & Previews
• All items are described to the best of our knowledge. We encourage bidders to ask questions prior to bidding.
• Preview hours will be available for in‑person inspection of items before the auction.
• All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees of any kind.
• Descriptions and photographs are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed to be complete or error‑free. Bidders are solely responsible for evaluating condition, authenticity, and suitability prior to bidding.
Sales Policy
• All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.
• Bidding and purchasing are based entirely on the bidder’s personal inspection, judgment, and/or opinion.
Payment Terms
• All purchases will be invoiced and charged to the credit card on file within 24 hours of the auction closing.
• Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Pickup & Removal of Items
• Buyers are responsible for bringing their own packing materials, boxes, and labor to remove purchased items.
• Next Chapter Co. Estate Sales staff will not provide loading or lifting assistance.
• Items must be picked up during the designated pickup dates and times.
• Any items not retrieved by the end of the final posted pickup date will be considered abandoned and may be resold without refund.
Shipping Policy
• Limited shipping is available on select items. Please confirm eligibility prior to bidding.
• Shipping will begin 7–10 days after the close of the auction.
• Shipping charges and handling fees will be billed to the credit card on file.
• We do not control USPS rates and will not issue refunds for items if shipping costs are not paid.
Bidding Rules
• Bid retractions or changes are not permitted.
• Neither the seller nor Next Chapter Co. Estate Sales makes any representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding the accuracy or completeness of item descriptions.
• Failure to inspect items does not relieve the bidder of responsibility for payment and removal.
Agreement to Terms
By registering for this auction and clicking the “Agree to Terms & Conditions” box, the bidder:
• Authorizes Next Chapter Co. Estate Sales, LLC to charge the credit card on file for all purchases.
• Acknowledges and accepts responsibility for payment, regardless of whether items are picked up.
• Agrees to abide by all terms and conditions outlined above.
