Downsizing & Redecorating online auction

This online auction is for two houses lot items 1-64 are located in the Bluffview Estates off of bitters Road across from The Alley.

Items 100- 127 Are located near Northern Hills subdivision near Wetmore & Stahl Road

By bidding on these items you agree to pay for them if you win.

Pick up is by appointment on the 26th.
If for some reason you cannot pick up your item on the26th , You can arrange to pick it up on the 27th. All items must be picked up by the evening of the 27th or they will be donated and you will still have to pay for the item.

All items are sold as is, where is, how is. We do our best to take photos and document any damage and describe describe all items in their current condition. When picking up your item if you notice some thing that we missed we will refund your money.

We do not move furniture. No exceptions. If you are buying something that is too heavy for you to move , bring help.
