This is a cash only sale, we can hold items for you. Large ticket items may be purchased by check and released to buyer after the check has cleared. The sale officially ends at 5pm but buyers are allowed to pick up furniture and large items by 8pm. This will be a 2 part sale, there will be no garage, appliances nor garden items for the first sale. For the first Part of the Sale the first 2 days will be full price, 3rd day will be 20% off.
