Description & Details
Gale Curcio is hosting a SALE by GALE SALE and TRANSITION PARTY at her home, 4712 Neptune Drive, Alexandria, VA 22309, on Saturday, December 14, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
She will be selling items from her surplus stock of supplies, and vintage items, women's clothing, toys, some jewelry, postage stamps, arts & crafts supplies, and lots of Christmas decorations.
Drinks and refreshments will be served and all customers will receive a goodie bag.
Stop by and wish Gale well, and meet the new owner, Amy Andrews, who will take over in January.
Amy will keep the same name, most of the same workers, and Gale will still help occasionally.
Meet Amy
Amy Andrews will assume the Sale By Gale business beginning January, 2025. A Sale By Gale shopper and estate sale junkie, Amy is excited to continue the Sale By Gale tradition. Amy believes every home and its treasures have a unique story to tell – and with over 20 years’ experience in marketing and communications – she’s ready to share those stories with you. Passionate about second-hand shopping and finding new purpose for old things, Amy is uniquely positioned to help families find new homes for their cherished possessions.
Originally from North Carolina, Amy’s specialties are furniture and linens. Her grandmother worked in one of the last US textile mills and often got bedsheets for Christmas. Today, Amy has a soft spot for rescuing old bed linens and her collection grows almost weekly. Her favorite parts of a home are the basement and attic—the treasures found in these rooms are often the heart of the family’s story.
Amy is looking forward to seeing all of you in 2025.
