Lovettsville Estate Sale: Pick up of items will be Saturday 20 February between 10:00 am - 1:00pm.

Please bring your own packing material, boxes, bags and adequate help to remove furniture, tools, items from the home. We do not have staff on hand to assist with removal.

We do our best to describe items honestly, accurately and to the best of our knowledge. Please understand that we are not experts on any particular item. If you have any question that is important to you, please reach out before placing your bid.

If items are not picked up after the sale they will be sold at another sale. We cannot store once auction has ended. Shipping is provided on a case by case basis, at the bidder's expense. When possible, items will be combined to save on shipping cost.

All sales are "as-is", UNTESTED and final. Items will be added daily,

We will do I best to accommodate different pick up times and days in the event of inclement weather. When departing from the site , you agree that you are satisfied with your purchase and have the correct item.
