This is what we call a "Blue Bootie" sale. Those of you who have been to our sales over the years know that this means that upon entering the house, you may either remove your footware to walk barefoot through the house or put on blue shoe covers that we will provide. This is because the main floor carpeting is wall-to-wall white and the house is exceedingly clean. We have used the owner's Christmas decorations to set up the house for Christmas.
