Vinton Area/Franklin Estate Sales

Please park when Town of Vinton has blocked off only. Driveway in front of house is for VALID Handicapped plackards and tags Only! 2 level home. Staircase to lower basement. Basement has lots of organized clothes, tools, yard tools, toolboxes and yard decorations. "Most" items priced. There are duplicates of many items, some NEW. Look in every box and tote. We tried to touch every item...sooo many to see and clean and good quality. Well kept basement with no odors or leaks. All totes have a separate price on them, contents are separate prices.
