You will need to pick up the items from Federal Way, WA 98023 on the Sunday October 18th, from 10am until 2pm. There are a few furniture items that will need to be picked up from a different location on Fox Island 98333 (near Tacoma) see the individual item listing for pick-up location.

If you don't pick-up during these times your credit card will be charged for the purchase and additional storage fees may apply.

All items are guaranteed to be functioning (or as described) and as advertised.

All sales are final, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We do our best to accurately describe all aspects of the item and call attention to any flaws.

We are happy to answer questions about condition or provide additional photographs, we can't always answer questions the same day as the items are stored off-site, we cannot control if an item is purchased by another buyer while you are waiting for an answer from our staff. These are all from the same estate, we do not have multiples of these pieces.
