1. This is a buy it now sale. Items can be purchased when sale is open at 7 am.
2. Up to 30 photos taken of each lot. Photos of front, sides, top and underside views to depict any designs or hallmarks. Items repacked.
3. Each item has been inspected for broken, damaged and cracked items.
4. Pick up Saturday & Sunday December 3rd & 4th from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm
SALE JUST OFF 83rd SW & 116th St SW in Lakewood, WA. Home is occupied.
***Security Audio/Video monitor property 24/7. Neighbors have been notified of upcoming sale & will watch this house!
PLEASE bring your own EXTRA help when moving heavy or large items that will require two or more people to move.

We will during the last day of the scheduled sale time, call, text and leave an email that you have forgotten your item. We can always solve the problem of getting your item/s to you only if you respond. Early pick up is suggested.
