We do not guarantee if you put in an item in your cart, it will be yours until you check out.

If you buy an item you are responsible for payment within 24 hrs of purchase once invoiced.

All Items are in “AS IS “ Condition, we do not warrant or guarantee any condition.

We do our best to note any condition issues, but we are not responsible for errors. If you have a question about any item, we will respond to any questions via email before the sale. It will be difficult to answer questions while sale is going on, but we will try.

Pick up will be via appointment, you must be avail during pick up time:

May 23rd from 10am-3pm. - (** Pick up times are scheduled - you will receive a email with your designated pick up time. If you cannot make that time please email.)

You must present your invoice for pick up. You must bring your own help for loading any furniture etc. and packing materials, we do not have help for loading or delivery service.

All CC charges above $100 will require a separate form signed upon pick up.
