While the original intent was to hold the second sale in late September, there is a pending offer on the Home and Property so we had to speed things up by a few weeks. The entire contents of the 4000ft2 home and 40X60 outbuilding that remain MUST be off-property by the 10th - all remaining items from the first sale are now 50% off, and we have finally finished clearing...
