Historic estate of Fannie Ingram Schwan This is the first time public offering of the Historic estate of longtime Eau Claire resident Fannie Ingram Schwan. 3rd ward Eau Claire. Pristine condition. Original antiques, books, toys and collectibles. Furnishings are all original to the estate. The entire 7 bedroom home is full to the rafters. Garage, attic & basement, too.
