Who uses our services? Potentially everyone. From individuals to Executors of Estates. Also, folks who are moving into a retirement home or assisted living, out of state, in with a relative, or to smaller quarters. In fact, anyone who needs to sell all or most of their home's contents.
What do we sell? Anything that is legal and documented safe to be sold, including real-estate
Where do we sell? We administer sales primarily in Sun City and Sun City West but we will also assist you if you are in another area, call us for more information. We sell only in the home, we do not move merchandise to another location, we do not have a warehouse nor do we have a store.
What exactly do we do for you, the client? Our staff will be working in the home for several days preparing the site and items for sale. We have tables to display small items. We empty most cabinets, drawers and closets so that all items can be seen.
At that time digital pictures are taken and placed on estatesales.net as well as our web site reaching literally thousands of customers who follow our sales. They can see what we have for sale and are welcome to call or email with questions about items they see. This part of our advertising is one of our most important tools for success.
After displaying the items to be sold, we price every thing individually or in groups depending on the items. Pricing is based on our knowledge of the market and our experience. We also have a reference library and a network of individuals with expertise in specific areas.
Over the course of the sale we usually sell most everything. That is our goal - to sell every item for you at the sale. We accept cash only.
How much does our service cost? There is no up front cost!! We work on a percentage basis of the total sale. The fee is deducted from the money collected at the sale. Rarely is there a charge for specialized services. No charges will ever be incurred without your prior written approval.
Is there a charge to see if I have enough to have a sale? There is no charge. Call us for a free consultation. We will meet with you and cover what to expect from us as well as answer any questions you may have.
Do we take consignments? Due to the ever changing laws regarding consignments, we do not take consignments at this time. We also pride ourselves for having no other outlet for sales that would compete with your sale, no stores, no early shopper friends. In other words, no conflict of interest. We are working for you and you alone.
What kind of sales do you do? We do full Estate liquidation sales and Home Sales. Call if you are in need of an estate sale or home sale and we'll go from there.
REGARDLESS OF WHICH COMPANY YOU CHOOSE, CONTRACT ONLY WITH A REPUTABLE LEGITIMATE COMPANY WHO HAS, AND CAN FURNISH YOU WITH, PROOF OF THEIR STATE AND CITY LICENSE, CURRENT LIABILITY INSURANCE AND BONDING. ALWAYS ASK TO SEE THESE. BEWARE OF THOSE WHO OPERATE ILLEGALLY, YOU WILL BE AT RISK.
