AT THE ESTATE
Every life is as unique as are one’s passions and possessions. For this reason, we recommend an in-person meeting at the estate. At that time, we will determine if the estate contents warrant an in-home sale. If not, we will gladly offer our advice for the disposition of personal property as well as debris removal, titled vehicle transfer and donations. We wish to be of assistance without obligation or out or pocket expense.

LEAVE IT TO US
We respect the value of sentiment. Treasured objects can evoke a lifetime of memories. Family members are encouraged to remove loved and personal items from the estate. However, there is no need to clean, organize, box, donate or discard anything. Estate sale customers purchase all manner of everyday items and unexpected collectables including, clothing, books, memorabilia, paper items, decorations, barbed wire, food, and plants etc. Additionally, the removal of interesting and valuable items will reduce customer attendance on the sale dates thereby restricting the sale and revenue from other items. Please resist the impulse to remove items that you don’t need or love. We will respectfully sell them and forward a cashier’s check for the proceeds to you.

With respect
Our family understands the difficult responsibility of caring for a loved one’s estate. Please allow us to offer our assistance. We will handle your estate sale with the same care as if it were in our own home. Beauchamp Family Estate Sales will inspect and sort every item in the home. Objects for sale will be presented in an appealing manner, professionally photographed, and advertised. Every sale is managed by a Beauchamp Family member and staffed with friendly, knowledgeable associates. Most sales take place within 7-21 days.

AFTER THE SALE
Within five business days of the sales end, we will mail a detailed accounting of sales receipts and expenses along with a cashier’s check for the proceeds. Personal Papers, Financial Documents and Medical Records will be shredded and disposed of or boxed intact and left in the home. We will happily make donations in your name and remove debris if you wish. Or we can leave all items remaining after the sale on the property. Just let us know your preferences.
