Our experience allows us to quickly determine the scope of your unique needs. We will create a plan of action to organize your items, determine their value and sell them in an orderly and professional manner. Our goal is to provide you with professional sale and liquidation services which will help eliminate any unwanted stress normally associated with such endeavors.
We are pleased to offer no up-front expenses to you. We work on a percentage of the total sales and our fee is deducted from the money collected from the sale. We take great pride in handling each estate sale, downsizing or liquidation event with as much care as if it were our own. All of our employees are bonded, insured and thoroughly screened.
As you may have discovered, getting organized for a sale is not an easy task. We will do the sorting, staging, pricing, and inventory for your onsite sale. With our experience we will guide you and bring the highest possible return for your items through your onsite estate sale, online auctions, online classifieds, and private collector purchases.
We will manage and conduct your sale or liquidation event from beginning to end. At all of our sales, regardless of whether it's a home or business, we perform the following:
- The necessary personnel to conduct your estate or liquidation sale will be provided to ensure a smooth sale.
- To make sure you have a highly successful sale, we will properly advertise and promote your sale including our existing presale list.
- On the days of the sale we will provide vibrant signs directing traffic to your sale.
- After the sale we will remove any remaining goods per your instructions.
- Your home will be cleaned out and ready for closing (additional costs may apply).
