Cuevas Williams Estate Liquidators is a family business. Brother and sister team David Cuevas and Linda Williams founded our company to help people navigate downsizing, relocating an aging parent, or handling the liquidation of the estate of a deceased relative.
We started this business because of our own experience liquidating our mom and dad's house when our mother was unable to continue to live on her own.

Our parents had lived in their home since 1966 and very rarely disposed of anything. It was quite a job!
Along the way, it became clear that their "stuff" was representative of their life and needed to be honored and respected!
We also realized that we enjoyed the process. We loved sharing the story of our parent’s life with our customers and were thrilled that the things that they valued found their way in to the homes of people that would treasure them as they had.
At the same time, we had other friends and relatives who were also in a state of transition and needed help selling their personal belongings.
