Centennial Estate Sales is a full time estate sales company. We pride ourselves in being honest and compassionate. If it's the loss of a dear loved one, debt, divorce or just downsizing our passion is to be the best when it comes to client satisfaction, knowledge, personal care, and customer experience. We will work for you 7 days a week. We are licensed, bonded & insured. We have over 20 years of Practice Management, Retail Management & Sales experience.

Our Services:

• Free Consultation (usually only takes an hour of your time)
• Clean, Organize, Price and Display all items for sale 
• Market and Advertise all items in the sale using a variety of online resources
• Provide an electronic sales record of all items sold by categories
• Issue a business check within 5 business days after the sale has ended 
• We will do all this at no out of pocket cost to you! (we work on 100% commission)
• Our percentage rate for hosting an on-site estate sale is 40% - 45% of the total sales
• NO out of pocket expenses, NO upfront costs, NO Hidden Fees 
• NO minimum sales goals like some Estate Sale companies. Big or Small we can handle it all
• We can facilitate the removal of unwanted and unsellable items through a haul away service,
charitable donations, or other agreed upon arrangement at NO extra cost to you
