Vintage Value Estate Services is a multi-faceted small family-owned business. My daughter and I have been doing estate sales and estate sale clear outs since 2012. We put our heart and soul into every job that we do. We have compassion understanding and respect for All Families that we work with. We understand that downsizing for whatever reason can be very stressful and overwhelming..Whether you are looking to down size due to the kids going off to college, maybe your retiring, or you have lost a loved one, maybe mom or dad are moving to assisted living, maybe you just want to downsize your home to something more manageable? Whatever the reason there is usually a family home involved. And youre  thinking where do I start, how do I begin? Thats where Vintage Value Estate Services can help you. When you choose us we can come to your home and evaluate your needs.  Every household is different. We work together with you to determine if you would benefit from an estate sale and/or if there is not enough for a sale and you'd rather just have us get everything out of the house so you can list it and sell it. We can do that too. We can handle it all. But there is still one more thing to do that we can help you with. Now that everything is out of the house and the house is empty , that iswhen you see all the years of dust and cobwebs that have built up, never seen before because they were always being hidden by furniture or pictures. Don't despair it's a minor fix. If putting your house on the market is your goal, then you want it to look clean and move in ready. We do that too. Most companies offer a  broom sweep with their clean outs but Vintage Value does a deep clean to include kitchen and bathrooms scrubbed, not just rinsed out but actually scrubbed.  We clean the refrigerator inside and out, the stove, sinks and counters. We vacuum all cupboards wipe down on the inside and out. We clean all outlet covers and switch plates. Wash and wipe down all baseboards. Remove cobwebs and dust from walls and corners. Sweep, mop and vacuum the  entire house.  Clean all door jams and doors Clean all return vents. Wipe down indoor window sills. Clean entry door and doorway. Dust overhead light fixtures. We clean porches and garages  We leave your house smelling fresh and clean. And many more little details that just make a house shine even brighter The scuff marks on a floor, dirty handprint on the wall sometimes we will even touch up spots with paint. You need your yard cleaned up, we can do that too. We want you to know that if you hire Vintage Value for your estate needs, that will be the last call you have to make. We do it all from start to finish.
