"Jason: Thank you so much for the wonderful recent estate sales of my Mother-in-Laws home in Ocala, Fl. We closed on the home sales yesterday, 22Aug2016; only 35 working days after we met and contracted with Movin’ On Estate Sales to liquidate the home.

As you remember, the home was FULL of many lovely items and you appeared giddy to get started with the auction. When we initially contracted with you, our relator said the house would not go on the market until 22Aug16 which gave you and your team close to two-months to conducted two (2) auctions. However, shortly after our meeting (over the 4th of July 2016 weekend), a new real estate agent was put in charge of the home sale and she put it on the market on or about 18 July 2016! Lucky for us, we got a contract on the house within three days with a contract for closing of 22Aug2016!

SOMEHOW you were able to conduct two VERY SUCCESSFUL auctions in about half-the-time! Jason, you and your Movin’ On team were real WIZARDS and we want to THANK YOU so much for pulling the liquidation off (and making the property de-cluttered and ready for realtor house cleaning) under the SEVERELY CRUNCHED TIME-FRAME!
