Our name might be new but we definitely are not!

 With our goal of being the #1 estate sale company in North Central Florida we are founded on God, Integrity and Family. When we say it's All About "U' we mean it. We strive to be the industry leader in customer service, set up,and marketing. There are many companies but only one that is All about "U"

 With a combined 30+ years in retail sales and 5+ years in estate sales we know what we are doing.  We have committed ourselves to putting "U" first, going above and  beyond from start to finish during this season of your life. We advertise on all 3 major estate sale websites, newspaper and all forms of social media including our own You Tube channel!
Of the many things that make Greg & I stand out is the fact that we are both licensed real estate agents. While we do not require you to use this service, it is just one of the many  services we can offer, in addition to in home estate sales. We also can work closely with your current realtor to market your home for sale during the estate sale. In  business,  just like many things in our lives, we work as a team doing  everything we can for  "U".

All About U Estate Sales handled the estate sale of the contents of my parents home. My parents had been married for 68 years when my father passed away and my mother came to live with me, they had lived in the same home for 35 years. I come from a big family, and we offered the contents to all family members before we hired Greg and Melissa. Frankly, I was concerned that there was so little remaining, they may not want the job. They did take the job and my family couldn’t be happier. They were always respectful of us and our parents belongings. The work they did was phenomenal - from a family of ‘estate sale shoppers’, there were many comments and praises about how well everything was organized. Furthermore, the pricing was really good - clearly meant to sell, but with ensuring that my mother made as much as possible. Every step of the way they did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. The percentage that they charge for the work was very reasonable, actually better than we expected. I highly recommend Melissa and Greg for your estate sale needs.
