Extremely motivated team. They immediately began preparing for the estate sale, organizing the abundance of items for sale. I mentioned that my mom was an avid coin collector and that some items may have been overlooked by the family. The team found two stashes, which included silver dollars, old coins and twenty old two dollar bills. They retained the items and immediately notified me so that I could retrieve them. This is a very honorable company that I would definitely recommend and use again.

That’s what I said to Donna and her helper Anita the day they came to meet me. I meant it too.

These ladies did not disappoint. They went to work immediately. Donna used her skills, years of experience, and relationships to quite literally sell everything except the actual house...and the spa tub.

I could not be happier. From that first meeting until she handed me a check, it was a wonderful experience. Donna is effervescent! Her enthusiasm was contagious. She and her team made what could have been a nightmare, a very positive experience.

I heard later from several people that had attended the sale. They all said it was well organized and welcoming. Donna made sure to have plenty of her staff there so that there was someone in every area of the house. These ladies kept a watchful eye over the items being sold, all while keeping everything tidy and organized. One friend was impressed by the “tasteful little signs”, she especially liked the ones that said “ please don’t sit on me, I’m sold”.

Pensacola Estate Sale Team is a pleasure to work with. Had talked with Donna for a few weeks going over the specifics of the sale. We had come with a plan and had everything planned out between the realtor listing our house and her. Then the world went into shut down mode.
So, Donna and I were going, ok no sale in April. But we kept in touch and both assured each other the sale would go on one day.
As luck would have it, my house sold very quickly and my new place became available. Donna and her team did some brainstorming and decided to do an online estate sale. She had to take a picture of every item that was for sale and measure each item and created a description of each. Then work many extra hours to get everything posted online. ( this was new to her). But the sale went online and the response was overwhelming. But Donna just took it all in stride.

Having come to the conclusion that an estate sale was probably the solution to de-cluttering my life before moving forward, I was unsure how to proceed.

But I was also given recommendations by a few people for a couple of companies that had a good reputation for honesty and well run sales. Having chosen Pensacola Estate Sale Team, I can only agree whole heartedly with their assessment.

From my first phone call with Donna Moore, head of the team, I was put at ease by her answers to my questions, quickly followed with a visit so she could evaluate and answer more specific questions and enlightened me on how estate sales work what I needed to do, and what they do.

I went from trepidation to actually having fun. Donna and Elaura were professional, which I expected, but they are also out going, knowledgeable, curious – perfect personalities for what they do. It is no wonder that they have a large following of clients. The large attendance of buyers both days was impressive as was their polite and respectful behavior.
