HELEN BROWN GALLOWAY has been performing professional personal property appraisals in the Pensacola area for over 40 years. In addition to her extensive experience with Antiques & Fine Arts as co-owner of John Browns Antiques & Victoria Art Galleries, Ms. Galloway has completed over 60 hours of class-room instruction & several years of testing and is accredited as an EXPERT APPRAISER. Based on her expert experience, Ms. Galloway is called upon to prepare appraisals for local & regional attorneys, local & regional trust departments, State & Federal courts, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Department of Drug Enforcement, all brances of the military as well as private families & individuals. Additionally, Ms. Galloway is regularly called upon to testify in State & Federal Courts in the capacity of an expert witness and regularly acts as Mediator in familiy estate matters. Helen Brown Galloway belongs to many appraisal fraternities and has extensive professional references.
CHRISTINA BROWN POUCHERT was an active employee in her family's business since its inception in 1969 until after high school when she began to work with local law firms. She obtained her Florida real estate license (inactive) and eventually a degree in Paralegal Studies. She was Legal Assistant to the head of the Litigation Department (Garry Morse) with the largest law firm on the Pacific Rim and was Paralegal to the Managing Partner (David Tynch) of one of the oldest and most prestigious law firms in Portsmouth Virginia, working in the areas of construction, tax, estate, business & corporate law. Christina returned home to Pensacola in 2001 and re-joined the family business. She currently has over 500 hours experience as an associate appraiser and plans to become accredited soon.
