Crimson Estate Services is a Veteran owned estate liquidation company that is locally owned and operated.  We inventory, stage, price and advertise the contents of your estate at a fair market value.

While many factors affect the selling price of your items, there are four key factors which determine a fair market value.  These include: condition, quality, rarity & demand.  While it may have a significant intrinsic value to your family, market condition and demand often times dictate whether it sells for a premium or sells beneath your/our expectation.  With the presence of eBay, Bonanza, Etsy & other online auction sites, customers have many other avenues to purchase which did not exist in the past.

Many items which you may deem as worthless or disposable may actually be of significant value or may have a significant impact on volume sales.  The urge may exist to throw items away however, unless it is horribly soiled or ruined, please do not throw it away.

What sets Crimson Estate Services apart from the others is the fact that we are fully vetted by law enforcement and the FBI.  We have a current Second Hand Dealer's License and have the mechanisms in place to deal in jewelry, precious metals and other high value items- accountability is everything!  As if this wasn't enough, Crimson Estate Services is a Licensed Auctioneer & Licensed Auction Business in the State of Florida.  We can conduct auctions in neighborhoods which might not be friendly to conventional estate sales.  This avenue ensures privacy and allows you the flexibility of liquidating your belongings without having shoppers entering your community.
