After having a disastrous false start with “Acme Estate Sales”, I had the serendipitous great luck to connect with Connie of TRS Estate Sales. (Some day I hope to thank that guy for dropping the ball!)
Connie was immediately responsive to my initial call-and any calls or texts thereafter-and gave the impression that she would deliver…. And she certainly did! In no time she was at the house to meet with me and take pictures of everything. The ad on the TRS webpage was professionally created with every picture displayed and all information totally complete.
Connie embraced our situation and gently took charge, to my relief! Very organized, she and her staff had what I felt was a lot of “stuff” priced and displayed in a matter of two to three days.
The two sale days went well but there were some furniture items left that Connie was totally committed to selling. So, it was actually after the sale that TRS ESTATE SALES, Connie, exhibited her tenacity, resourcefulness and fortitude! Our shared focus was to get things GONE and she utilized all means to achieve that goal by advertising the individual items online. She would even come back to the house to meet the potential buyers after a long day working one of her other sales.
Connie and her staff left the house cleaner than they’d found it, I know! Large furniture pieces, a refrigerator, washer and dryer were sold and it was so obvious that the vacant areas were swept clean because a very hairy black dog had lived in the home!

Wonderful experience. Easy to deal with, always prompt response to questions and Connie is wonderful with people. While this was difficult for me, Connie was patient, understanding and her advice spot on. We could never have accomplished all that was done without her expertise.
