Going through any transition — downsizing, divorce settlement, estate clearing — is tough. The mission of A New Leaf is to compassionately guide each client through the entire process, ensure their home is treated with respect, and to garner the greatest possible income from each sale. 

Rachel Pero and Nate Taylor began their estate sale business out of a dual passion for antiques and a love of helping people. Now the partners possess more than 20 years of estate sales experience. Each has a vast knowledge of antiques, vintage and modern furnishings and decorative items. They are seasoned estimators adept at researching antiques, makers marks, origins. 

Organization and efficiency are key to a successful estate sale. A New Leaf will skillfully manage the entire  process including clearing and sorting, staging the sale merchandise, advertising and promotion, conducting the sale, and donation of unsold items.
