I don’t really know where to start but here goes. Firstly, we were working with who we thought was a great gentleman that we trusted, only to find out that he was being dishonest. Worst of all, embarrassing my family with his shoddy online representation of my parents belongings.

This is where the story changes...I called Jonathon Savoy and he quickly came to the rescue in a most professional and reassuring way. He and his team took over and turned what could have been a disaster into a pleasurable and profitable experience. He went the extra mile not only with my mom and I, but he assisted the Military Historical Society in securing some of my now deceased father’s Army memorabilia. My dad’s legacy will live on respectfully, as he and his belongings deserve. We just can’t thank you enough Jonathan. Your communication was amazing and your company impeccable. My uncle, (A realtor for 50 years now,) who deals with estate sales all the time, said the place looked beautiful and we chose wisely when choosing Professional Estate Sales. We decided to have an estate sale after selling our house and downsizing to a townhome. We decided to use Jonathan after interviewing several others. He was direct and said everything we wanted to hear. We signed a contract approximately four weeks before our sale weekend and wasn't really sure what to expect leading up to the sale. We were a little concerned that not much was done before the actual week of the sale, but Jonathan assured us that everything needed to be staged, photographed and posted to the website the week of the sale, and not sooner.

He was right. When the week of the sale came, his crew spent two days at our house, rearranged the furniture for the sale, staged and photographed everything and we were ready. On the first day of the sale, the line was 50 people+ deep and cars lined our street. Same with day two and three. Jonathan communicated with us whenever there was a question about an item or if we would accept an unusual offer. His staff (Kim & Kim) were professional, prepared and very nice to work with.

We wound up netting three times what we thought we were going to get. Jonathan sold certain items for more than we paid. After the sale was over, there were some items that went unsold. Jonathan contracted with a third party to pick up anything we didn't want, at no charge. Jonathan is a busy guy with a lot going on. But when it comes to the week of the sale, he was all business and I would definitely use him again if I actually owned any furniture (he sold it all). Thanks Jonathan, Kim and Kim
