Small Town Estate Sales LLC is a liquidation service. We provide:
• Free Consultation
• Set up and Prepare your items to sell
• Advertising (no cost to you)
• Have a 3-day on-site sale
• Clean-out services where you have several choices of what to do with the remaining items left.
• Donation / leave in place/ Or have a clean-out company come in and clean out at no charge to you.
• An Accounting Statement will be given 7-14 days after the sale along with your check
We realize this may be a difficult and stressful time for you and your family, but we are here to take that burden off of your shoulders.
