New Phase Senior Move Management is a senior relocation service, insured accredited through the National Association of Senior Move Managers (nassm.org). New Phase can assist senior or "boomers" who are moving to senior living, have an aging parent who needs to be relocated, have lost a loved one, or for whatever reason there may be a need to clear and sell the contents of a home. We can come in and not only pack and move the client, design the new space and have it set up within 48 hours of the move (if not sooner) - down to toothbrushes in the bathroom, coffee pot ready to brew a fresh cup, pictures hung, and offices organized, but also prepare and conduct the estate sale, transport donations to various charities in need of items, take items to consignment, suggest appraisers, put you in contact with various resources, downsize, declutter, and a variety of other services offered on an extensive menu. Basically as much or as little as you need us to do. Costs for these services are anywhere from $45/hr to $120/hr depending on size of the job and the number of staff required to accomplish it in an efficient, quick, and minimal time frame. Estate Sale services are estimated at 30-35% of sales gross over 2-3 days.
Trustworthiness is our cornerstone and our foundation. That, and compassion for a life well lived, giving the families, individuals, and possessions the respect and dignity they so rightly deserve. We can help you identify the items that define you, and those that don't. We encourage and welcome family participation and feedback in our process, and understand that handing over this difficult and emotional task to someone else is an enormous leap of faith.
We work with real estate agents, estate attorneys, estate and financial planners, hospices, Senior Living facilities and communities, Probate courts, relatives or friends, and fellow Senior Move Managers in other locations for either front end or back end tasks needed.
