**WE DO THINGS DIFFERENTLY**
As a retired school teacher I run my sales like I ran my classroom- prepared, organized, compassionate, and incredibly honest. After we both sign the contract your worries are over!
This is how it works:
*you give me a key to the residence and my team(which is mostly my family) and we get to work
*we clean, organize, research, price, stage, and photograph the entire the contents of the home(includes barns, sheds, vehicles, etc...)
*we market and advertise for the sale on multiple social media sites, with flyers, newspaper ads, www.estatesales.net , and we have an extensive customer email list
*this hard work culminates into a two or three day estate sale event
*after the sale the house will be left empty and "broom swept"
*our fee is 30% of all monies generated from the estate sale event
