I have owned Budget Box, being only the 3rd owner, for around 30 years. I have been certified as both an appraiser and auctioneer. Additionally, I have taught adult classes in “How to Value Your Items” and “How To Conduct an Estate Sale”.

With mixed feelings we retired our brick & mortar store in September 2016 for more flexibility to schedule sales. I believe my greatest testament is that two customers who attended the closing sale were at the Grand Opening 75 years earlier- one a 3rd generation consignee & the other a 3rd generation buyer. Many of our store customers are also loyal repeat estate sale customers so our sales are well attended !!

An advantage to a partner that works with you on percentage (instead of a minimal charge) is that every attempt is made to sell as much as possible, using any method possible, during the sale.
