Tad's is 1 of the best Estate sale companies to go to, here's why. 1 they are all super friendly, polite and helpful. I have personally seen them go out of their way to assist people in carrying things by Dale by himself. The sales are organized with as much detail you could accomplish while staging some of their most challenging homes. The prices are reasonable all while working to get the most for their client. They don't have a resale shop to mark prices up so things "Don't" sell. Always a pleasure to go enjoy their Sales to rehome the many treasures people find and look for.JaniceAugust 2024

I had the most wonderful experience at their estate sale today. Everything was very organized, the employees were not only super friendly but very helpful. Actually helped people carry and load their cars. This is hands down my new favorite estate sale company!

I visited an estate sale run by Tad’s today and it was a very pleasant experience. Estate sales can be messy, disorganized, chaotic experiences for shopping. This is especially true when a home is packed, but this sale did not feel like any of that. You could tell how much preparation went into making this a great sale for their client and this home was FULL.
Everything was clearly priced, which is fantastic because I don’t like having to ask how much something costs. Similar items were put together in the rooms upstairs and I could see they also put in that effort in the basement, where that’s harder due to a random mix of items being present in storage areas. Even clothing and blankets were folded neatly in the bedrooms. Prices were fair and reflective of an understanding that they are selling used/imperfect things with an end goal of clearing the home for the client on a tight timeframe. Both people running the sale were friendly, personable, helpful, and professional. They allowed me to shop a little past their closing time stating it was “good for their client’, and I very much appreciated the extra time. They worked very hard at my estate sale at my late father's location. Handled professionally and courteously. Other companies didn't call me back and one even told me to rent a dumpster and pay them to throw everything away. If you need an estate sale call Tad's first.
