We're a local Kansas City liquidation company. We handle online auctions, buyouts, and cleanouts of residential and commercial properties. From start to finish, our company itemizes, photographs, and coordinates all payments, and pick up or shipping of items. Owned and Operated by Abigail Unfred. Her love for estates and liquidation stimmed from spending a lot of her youth at auctions and estates. She worked under another well known company here in Kansas City, until she branched out on her own. She trains her team to treat each property as if it is their own. Attentive to detail and descriptions for fair and accurate pricing for both her sellers and her bidders. She gives a wide variety of options to help the sellers get the most out of their items, including reserves and honest estimates of revenues before contract signing.
