Oren And Mary Estate Sales

My name is Julie Quardokus.  I am a realtor here in Southwest Michigan.  I have encountered many estate sales that have left my real estate clients feeling disappointed with the process and hoping they never have to do it again.  So, I created my estate sale business, Oren and Mary Estate Sales.  Named for my grandfather and his wife who provided estate sale liquidation services and were avid collector's and flea market vendors.  I hope to leave my client with a good feeling and good profit, knowing they were treated fairly and with respect.  

I will meet with you at the property to tour and evaluate what your goals will be for the sale.  I will clean, set up the sale, advertise the sale, and hold the sale.  We will determine the details based on our tour of the property and your needs moving forward.  One week after the sale you will be provided a list of inventory sold and a check.
