We are a professional, solutions oriented, full service, estate sale and clean out service. We strive to provide service above and beyond our client’s expectations. All clients are treated with the upmost professionalism throughout the entire process, from beginning to end. Here is a list of services we provide:
* Organize, sort, price, display and photograph all items for sale. Maintain a clean and orderly sale at all times. Properly displayed items sell faster. Any unsalable items are discarded and removed from the property.
* All items are priced based on current market value and condition. Extensive research and over 35 years experience in the antique dealer market and liquidation sales is used when pricing antique or other valuable items.
* On the day of the sale, only a set number of buyers are allowed into the sales area at one time and depending on the size of the sale area. We maintain a number of staff that is available to assist buyers with their purchases throughout the sales area.
* At the end of each day of the sale, we secure the property and remove any valuable items, i.e jewelry, etc. if the home is unoccupied.
* At the end of the sale, all items will be removed and donated to local charities or properly disposed of. All sale areas will be left broom clean. Depending on the size of the sales area and number of items to be removed will determine the number of days required to complete this task.
