We are a full service Estate Liquidation Company. If you are needing to liquidate an estate you inherited, helping an elderly family member or friend downsize or if your relocating and want to liquidate your items instead of moving them, we can help you. We take Estate Liquidation to the next level. Each sale lasts a minimum of 4 or 5 days to maximize the price items sell for. Our hours last until 5:30 in the evening during the week to allow folks who work to be able to shop. If it is past closing time and a customer wants to come in while we are still there, we will not tell customers we are closed and welcome them in. We take many quality photos and advertise in many venues. This includes local newspapers and several online venues. We make high ticket items available for purchase in advance of the sale. Being available to customers for a longer period of time, gives an item of high value a better chance of selling at its highest value. It is hard to sell a high ticket item for full value in 2 or 3 days.  Items for sale are presented in a clean and organized manner that will maximize sales potential. Commission rates are all inclusive. There are no hidden cost for what we do.

We have lived in the Branson area since 2008.  The Branson Springfield and the Northern AR area is very familiar to us and we know the market here well. We have done sales in Springfield Mo and as far as Mountain Home AR. In the past we have sold to customers out of state and are willing to work with them, and even ship an item to them. There is no charge for us to come out and look at your items.

Our customer base continues to grow with every sale. We are lucky to have a friendly staff who are welcoming to customers and ready to assist in any way they can.

While conducting sales we like to bake and offer, complimentary to our customers, fresh baked cookies. This also makes for a better shopping environment.

Bill and Teresa Thompson and their team are very dedicated and professional when it comes to estate sales. Their knowledge of antiques and their value, along with their willingness to research what they don't know, was a valuable asset when they did my mom's sale. It was a huge undertaking but they worked hard and in the end brought in a good amount of money for the items sold.
