Beverly Wardlaw
Blue Heron Estate Sales
Exeter, MO
To Whom It May Concern,
I would like to say our estate sale was a very pleasant experience and it could not have been better. We had a 40 year collection of primitive antiques of all categories which was very extensive including Civil War and Indian War items.
Beverly and her son, Ben, were an absolute pleasure to work with. The process for sale was quite an extensive effort which lasted over a month. They researched all the items for sale then cleaned, cataloged, photographed and arranged the items for display. Beverly and Ben advertised the sale with all of their network and contacts. The advertising even included an article in a local magazine to the area. Beverly and Ben pre advertised and sold some items prior to the kick off of the estate sale.
When it came time for the sale, Beverly brought in her team of people to help. The sale was extremely well run and organized with a preview night on Wednesday for a select group of dealers and collectors followed by the estate sale on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Beverly and her team worked very hard during the sale and worked close with one individual who purchased a large amount.
I can say without any reservation that Blue Heron Estate Sales is a high quality company who is thoughtful and cares about their clients. They put all of their effort and knowledge into the sale for the benefit of their clients.
We not only had a sale but found new friends which we cherish.
Sincerely,
Richard and Janet Schnider
I have known Beverly Wardlaw for over eighteen years through her working andhandling high-end large scale garage sales for my sister Patrice Fields. She alsopartnered with the auctioneer for my sister's million dollar estate sale after herpassing. Beverly has been hired by many of our acquintances for estate sales, divorce sales and moving sales. Beverly is highly regarded in NWA, and she is verytrustworthy, organized, diplomatic and really just a great person that everyonelikes. She always attracts many, many people to the sales, and I usually attend ifclose, even though it isn't something I do at any other time. She is honest to afault, and I highly recommend her to you. She is adept at advertising, organizing, pricing, follow-up, and customer service. If you have any questions, please feelfree to call me at 479-531-9500. Sincerely, Donna Warren

Please feel free to use this as my reference letter for you.
I have worked with Beverly Wardlaw for several years now and have found her to be a great leader and motivator of an organization. While others sometimes hesitate to make decisions, she moves the organization forward to do the right things. She supports her people and empowers them to become some of the best employees I’ve seen in action.
She understands her field completely and is always ready to learn new things that will bring the organization to its next level. Because she is that way, her people always strive to be that way, too.
I have seen her come into challenging situations as a manager, yet she has gained the respect and rapport with the people quickly and made sure they move in a positive direction.
Of course one of the greatest things is that the biggest days and greatest revenues of the organization she steers have come about while she has been at the general management spot of the organization.
I would not hesitate to hire her in a position that requires leadership.
Respectfully
