If you have Homeowner Association restrictions, the prohibition on estate sales is more about limiting traffic and parking issues … not about someone coming to pick up an item they have already purchased. Or, if items are located in an Independent Living facility, or an Assisted Living/Nursing Home, and need to be downsized quickly, our loadout service where we take the items to our showroom in Shawnee, KS and conduct the auction from there is an extremely valuable service for anyone to consider!
