2. Services we provide: We can assist you with selling your items in multiple ways. We will sit down with you and discuss what is best for you and your items. To sell your item we can do In Person Auctions, Online Auctions, Estate Tag Sale or consign your items in one of our monthly consignment auctions. If you need your items gone quickly we can take them to our facility to sell online or we do buy out some estates and collections.

3. Cost and fees: During our free consultation we will discuss which way is best for your situation to sell your items. The Fees we charge are determined at the time of the consultation. Each sale is different and therefore fees vary from 25 to 40 percent.
4. Time Frame: Depending on how quick you need your items sold will determine what kind of service we can provide. We like to plan sales at least 30 days out but depending on our schedule, can sometimes do them quicker. We also have the option to remove the items from your location and store them at our facility until we conduct the sale.
5. You first: As a business we work for you the seller and not the buyer. We will do our best to get you the highest price for your items that the market will allow at the time of the sale. We cannot guarantee how much your items will sell for and depending on your items that you are selling you may want to put a reserve price on high priced items. This will be discussed in our consultation.
