We are New Hampshire's Most Premier and Awarded Estate Liquidator.

We are proud to be a family owned, (Husband Michael, Wife Teal and our two little Liquidators in the making 3 year old Isobel and 1 year old Giovanni) personal property liquidation business that specializes in holding Estate Sales across New Hampshire for those that typically fall into one of the following:

  • Death of a property owner
  • To dispose of personal property to facilitate a move
  • The need to down-size 
  • Bankruptcy
  • Foreclosure
  • Divorce
  • To simply free up capital.

Once we do a walk-through to determine if an Estate Sale will benefit you, all parties sign a contract and agree to a commission in which we are paid, which comes out of the proceeds from the sale. This serves two purposes. 1.) NO money out of your pocket, ever. 2.) We both will benefit from a profitable sale, so we have a "like-minded" goal of liquidating all property for as much as reasonably possible. We are a husband and wife team, and we do this full time year round.
