Antonacci Antiques has been performing estate sales and liquidations for over 11 year's, we are a family owned business newly based in las Vegas NV. We will continue to follow all guidelines of social distancing, wearing masks and sanitizing through the end of the year. We provide on site estatesales, storage unit solutions.
ESTATESALE's. During our initial visit we will do a free estimate and walk through of the entire estate and grounds. We determine how long it will take to prepare for the sale and can answer any general questions that might arise. Family members must identify what they want from the estate before the agreement is signed and the sale takes place.
Antonacci Antiques is fully responsible for coordinating, staffing and producing the estate sale. This includes merchandising/item organization, and display so that there is a clean and welcoming sales environment for your potential buyers. It is very important that the home be both orderly and fresh for the duration of the sale. We will employ additional staff and security on an as needed basis. We will make arrangements for all public outreach including placing ads in local/community newspapers, designing fliers giving your estate maximum visibility. We advertise on several platforms.
STORAGE UNIT Liquidation / Auction. We determine if the storage unit is on the approved list of in unit auctions.
We separate all sellable items and stag the unit. We always save any family documents and photos for family. We will dispose of all trash in unit. Auctions are run for 10 days typically . Client is paid after auction fees are met.
