Hello, my name is Jason Kinas and I am the owner of Sunny Transitions, LLC in Las Vegas, Nevada! For the last five years I have been hosting incredibly successful Estate Sales here in Las Vegas and prior to that I have multiple years of experience buying and selling antiques. In January 2016 I formed Sunny Transitions LLC out of the need in Las Vegas for an honest and responsible estate sale company that knows the value of the items they are selling.

I know what it takes to get the most money for your belongings as well as getting the property cleaned out on time and according to schedule. I am ready to commit my services to you and give everything I have to make sure you have a successful Estate Sale.

Jason is a real life saver. He handled my estate sale over a year ago in August, 2016. As you can see from my late review, I am quite the procrastinator. This is my life! I found myself completely overwhelmed after losing both of my parents who I had lived with over a decade, having to sell a too large house, and being physically handicapped, dealing with sorting, packing, selling, and moving before escrow closed seemed like an impossible task. Then I found Jason, my knight in shining armor! He really knows what he is doing. He handled everything for me, and he is so fast and compassionate too. His job was especially difficult since I lived in the home where the estate sale was to occur. It wasn't like he could just come in and tag everything for sale. Some things needed packed and moved to storage, some things packed and moved to a temporary home, and most things sold. Things from a sixty-year marriage needed sorted. I just had to be present to tell him what I wanted to keep, but Jason did all the work. He unpacked the closets and boxes in the garage and sorted, packed my things, arranged the movers - all this on top of the usual estate sale preparations. His father was great to have there as an antique and jewelry expert. Jason is so knowledgeable that he could recognize the brand of furniture and approximate year it was made without looking at the brand mark inside. I didn't have to worry about a thing. He even cleaned up afterward. By the way, he returned my call when no other company would when I initially shopped around. He was always communicating with me during the process too. Sunny Transitions, Jason and his crew are awesome! They are very respectful, knowledgeable and work very hard. I was skeptical when Jason told me after a two day estate sale all of my furniture, household items, clothes, purses, shoes, hats and whatever jewelery I wanted to sell would be gone when the sale was over. He asked me if I wanted him to sell my Corvette convertible.. jokingly??? I said yes. I've tried to sell it for a few months.. no serious buyers but everyone wanted to test drive it. Lol. I drove it off the showroom floor (1 owner) it had low mileage and was well cared for plus I asked a higher price than KBB said it was worth. First thing in the morning on the first day of the sale Jason called me and told me he sold my car for the price I wanted. I was so impressed!
On day 2, I stopped at my house again and they had no less then 30 people in line to pay for the treasures they found. I like that Sunny Transitions names their estate sales. They appropriately named mine "Romantic Victorian" I had Ethan Allen and Aico furniture.. solid wood from Italy. But its time for a change.. a new beginning and I couldn't have done without Sunny Transitions., Jason, his wonderful wife and his Dad. Thank you to the whole team at Sunny Transitions!! Honestly can say that Sunny Transitions was a life saving . The owner and staff were indeed very professional and oftentimes had to deal with very difficult customers including unruly disrespectful children in an estate home attempting to take advantage of people who have lost loved ones . Sunny Transitions dealt professionally and respectfully with an overwhelming amount of household goods and precious memory items .
Highest marks for Sunny Transitions tireless efforts and professional conduct . They earned the best rating from BBB. I have used their service in Mesquite NV and they went out if their way to make a heart breaking estate sale bearable .
Totally disagree with review that this company is unprofessional and greedy . They serve their clients with the upmost respect and dignity . Highly professional and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone with a need to conduct an estate sale . The owners will do you right with no regrets. Outstanding service . Thank you, Thank you, I went to Sunny Transitions Estate Sale Last Friday and Saturday, what a great experience!! Sunny Transitions Estate Sale was by far the best estate sale I’ve ever been to in my 60 years. Jason and his staff were friendly, very helpful, and willing to work with me on prices.. I was able to find some amazing items for amazing prices. After my intial visit with my Daughter in law I returned with my son and grandchildren and they were amazed by the whole process of and estate sale.. They found some nice items for a great price!! I will be returning for the next phase of the sale to see what I may have missed my first 2 visits..
