Transitional Design, can conduct either a traditional estate sale in your home or an online auction from your home, or you can take advantage of our 15,000 square feet of space dedicated to on-line auctions and estate sales held directly on site.  We have a large consignment store on premises, and we also repurpose furniture and accessories and have artists on staff. As a subsidairy of Transitional Design we are a full service company that can handle all of your downsizing and estate disbursement needs!

We can.....

• Assist in helping you determine what items will fit into your new space.
• Our staff has been trained on how to professionally pack your belongings.
• Move you into your new home (local move) or recommend a moving company for out of state.
• Unpacking, organizing and complete settling-in services.
• Interior decorating services are available.
• Move remaining items to our warehouse for an on-line auction or on-site estate sale.
• Make arrangements for charitable donations.
• Conduct a complete cleanout, by removing everything including trash and donation items, and bring sellable items to our location.  We can then do a one time cleaning so the house can go on the market.
• We also offer real estate home staging
• Commercial downsizing too.
