Halstead's works with executors, heirs, families, representatives, seniors and those who want to downsize in a comprehensive way to liquidate all household items including furniture, collectibles, antique and vintage items, jewelry, gold and silver, clothing and accessories, garage and garden items. We also liquidate valuable collector items, automobiles, recreational vehicles, farm/ranch equipment and even real estate.

We provide research, experts if necessary, appraisals/evaluations, marketing/web presence, staging, marking/tagging, crowd control, staff, top negotiation skills, removal of items unsold, and trash removal. We do it all!

We have a strong following of buyers which include collectors, dealers, and those who like stuff plus local, national and international connections for the sale of items. Usually our sales are conducted on site...and are two to three days. Consignment is an option. At times we have paired two sales together for maximum profitability and to create interest. Web presence is standard. We do have other off-site sale options available.

If you do not have a realtor, we can also help you with this part of the liquidation. We have a licensed Oregon Real Estate Broker with John L Scott Real Estate on staff who lists and sell property in Southern Oregon. If you already have a Realtor, Halstead's is happy to coordinate with your realtor if your house is listed or in the pre-listing stage. We receive many of our estate liquidation clients from realtors in the Southern Oregon area.

Our mission is to provide expert, quality professional liquidations services with integrity, respect and to be as profitable as possible for all concerned.

We know how overwhelming and confusing it is for everyone when working with a loved one's estate...or a large downsizing must take place. The Halstead Team is here to make things easier and provide a professional helping hand. Consultations are free. Fees are usually on a commission basis. Normally there are no up-front fees on an estate sale. I recommend that you don't throw or give anything away until we have had a visit. Halstead's sells a quality antique or collectible or half used laundry detergent. Fine jewelry or costume jewelry. Photos from the 50's on back or clothing. It all counts.
