Next Chapter Estate Sells is here to assist you with liquidating personal property when your loved one needs help relocating or if they have passed on. We specialize in onsite sales. Steve and I started Next Chapter Estate Sells, LLC in 2021 out of our love for helping others. As a Florida REALTOR® over the past 20 years, we saw first hand the need for our type of services. I still have my Florida license with Action Realty, LLC, so we can help ease the stress of selling the home too. In 2024, we have added a new location in the Lexington/Columbia, South Carolina area. I was born in Greenwood and have family in Edgefield & Lexington, we are very excited to be expanding to this area. My partner in real estate, Ophelia Angelone @ActionRealtyTreasureCoast & our team will continue to serve the Florida location with us while Steve and I focus on the South Carolina area. Being involved in the community and in my profession is important to me. We recently joined the Lexington County Chamber of Commerce and am pursuing my South Carolina real estate license at this time.
